Dr. Schier. As a renowned paediatric surgeon, Dr. Schier used to travel around the world to give lectures and perform operations. During his travels, he found it often impossible to determine the honey’s country of origin. Now, Dr. Schier has retired from medicine, and became a beekeeper, just as his grandfather. He lives on the shores of Lake Lucerne in Switzerland and produces his own honey – with a 100 % pure Swiss origin. Nothing is added. Nothing is being taken away. Nothing has been changed.
